Prerequisites

To use our consultation services, you must wholly satisfy these prerequisites:

• A computer (PC or Mac, Windows or Linux) with a high-speed internet connection (for the sound and video)
• The Skype programme installed and configured with your account (download free-of-charge from www.skype.com)
• A microphone, speakers and a webcam are an advantage, but not obligatory (you will therefore communicate in writing)
