Functioning

1. To create your customer account from the « Consultation » section

Your customer account will allow you to:

• Modify your profile (details, skype… pseudonym)
• Obtain the list of your appointments
• Arrange a « New appointment »

2. To arrange an appointment

From your client space, click on « New appointment », propose 3 dates and times

You will receive confirmation from the psychoanalyst for one of the 3 dates proposed.

From that moment and up to 5 minutes before the consultation you can pay for the consultation.

½ hour before the consultation you will receive an email to remind you of your appointment and that you should pay for it if this has not already been done.

3. To pay for your consultation

You should identify yourself in « Consultation ».

When you reach your client space, the consultation awaiting payment appears, by clicking on it, you will gain access to the secure payment process.

Once the consultation has been paid, you will receive confirmation of payment.

4. For the consultation

From your space, if your consultation has been paid, it appears as « accepted ». A button will allow you to call the psychoanalyst, 5 minutes before the consultation.

5 minutes before the consultation, you can connect to the site and have acces to the CALL button

5. When the consultation has finished

You are no longer able to have access to the CALL button
